Modern Slavery Policy
It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest, transparent and ethical manner. This includes ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to minimise the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in our agency or supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking within davies tanner and our suppliers and partners and are committed to acting professionally and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
The Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking policy is available to all of our team members, clients, partners and stakeholders. As part of our commitment to ensuring a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business, all of our team members undergo annual coaching so that they can recognise signs of slavery and human trafficking.
We will continue to review our processes and procedures with our clients and partners to ensure potential risks in our business are identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored.
Our team members receive no less than the prescribed minimum wage and we apply robust immigration checks and expect the same standards from our clients and partners.
Our Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking policy will be reviewed on a regular basis by or on behalf of the Managing Director.
