Ahead of its official European launch at ibtm world in Barcelona next week, VeDi™, the world’s first online diagnostic tool designed exclusively for venues, goes live today.
VeDi™, a product of the Sequoia Partnership, is a cost-effective online version of their large-scale audit, Venue Diagnostic, which has been successfully used by venues across Europe, including Emirates Stadium, ICE Krakow Conference Centre and Amsterdam Arena, since 2016.
VeDi™ has been designed with input from a group of experts from a number of leading venues and event professionals to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of development within a venue. In addition, the tool will provide recommendations on how to sustain and grow existing business. By answering the questions in the online assessment, VeDi™ assists to identify new and innovative ways to develop a successful sales and marketing strategy within a venue.

The simple online system enables users to go to www.myvedi.com and complete a series of questions, across five sections, which then generates a personalised report detailing the venues comparative performance along with key recommendations for improvement.
