The PCMA nominating committee met August 29, 2019 in Chicago to determine the final slate of 2020 board officers and directors for open positions.
PCMA bylaws require the official announcement of the proposed slate to be sent to its membership by October 1, 2019. The nominating process, according to the bylaws (Article XII, Section 1(d)), allows for additional nominations for any officer or director position by members who submit a petition. The petition is required to be signed by 5% of members from the membership category appropriate to the position and submitted to PCMA’s president and CEO no later than the close of business on November 1, 2019.
Unless there are additional nomination petitions from the membership, the following officers and directors will be deemed elected and will take office immediately following 2020 PCMA Convening Leaders.
The 2020 event takes place January 5-8 in the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
Contact Sherrif Karamat, CAE, PCMA president and CEO, at +1 312-423-7210 or Sherrif.Karamat@pcma.org for petition details and procedures.
