Peninsula Restaurant at InterContinental London – The O2, located on the Greenwich Peninsula, has been awarded two AA Rosettes in recognition of the culinary excellence of talented head chef, Tomas Lidakevicius and his team.
Having opened in January 2016, Tomas joined Peninsula Restaurant eight months later, bringing with him a unique skill for balancing advanced techniques with the very best seasonal produce to create a range of truly exceptional dishes.
Tomas Lidakevicius commented, “I am thrilled that we have been awarded two AA Rosettes and to have done it within just a few months of opening is fantastic. Tomas’s menu takes inspiration from modern and European cuisine, and is reflective of the restaurant’s location in the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich and the spice trade which once passed through East London’s docks.
Boasting breath-taking views of London’s River Thames and Canary Wharf, Peninsula Restaurant is elegant and stylish, located on the second floor of InterContinental London – The O2, and offers a luxurious and intimate environment for up to 80 guests.
